Each individual player is permitted to hold one active 55bat account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed, bonus balances will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and must notify 55bat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 55bat will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has been negligent in maintaining credential security.
Before withdrawals can be processed, all 55bat players must complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. This process requires submission of a copy of your valid CNIC or passport, and may include proof of payment method ownership and proof of address. KYC documentation is reviewed by the 55bat compliance team, typically within one to three business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
You may request closure of your 55bat account at any time by contacting support. Where a balance remains at the time of closure request, standard withdrawal procedures apply. 55bat reserves the right to close any account where these Terms have been violated, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, where chargebacks have been initiated, or where the account is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without a qualifying transaction.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 55bat may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published in the platform help section. Players will be notified prior to any fee deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed following the inactivity period without prior notice.
55bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, 1LINK, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All PKR-denominated transactions are processed at the nominal PKR value. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction processing.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your 55bat account. 55bat reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion and will notify affected players via the platform or email where material changes are made.
Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are typically processed within one to three business days. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. 55bat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing times.
55bat is required by its international licensing authority to maintain anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures. Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the value of that deposit. 55bat may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual patterns are detected. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending investigation.
Notice: 55bat does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.
All sports bets placed on the 55bat platform are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the betting rules section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, the 55bat settlement rules as published at the time the bet was placed shall govern. 55bat reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds pricing has occurred, where match integrity concerns are identified, or where the result of an event is in official dispute.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, Test series, and bilateral One Day International fixtures — are governed by the cricket betting rules published on the platform. In-play ball-by-ball markets are settled based on official match data feeds. Where data feed discrepancies occur, 55bat may use official broadcaster data or the match referee's decision as the authoritative source for settlement purposes.
All casino and slot games offered through 55bat are certified by independent testing laboratories and use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. The theoretical return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game title are available in the individual game information panels. 55bat does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are determined solely by the certified RNG systems operated by the respective software providers.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. All live game results are determined by physical game outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins) and are final once the dealer announces the result. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically entitle a player to a refund. Where a studio technical failure prevents a round from being completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Only wagers placed with real money funds count towards wagering requirements unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. 55bat reserves the right to change the contribution rates of different game categories towards wagering requirements.
55bat employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: multi-accounting to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk combinations of bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and coordinating with other players to share bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, 55bat may forfeit bonus balances, void related winnings, and close the account.
55bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account and actively being wagered through at the time of the change, unless fraud or abuse is identified in connection with the offer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bat platform. Engagement in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
All content available on the 55bat platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 55bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or any commercial use of platform content without the prior written consent of 55bat.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, system downtime, or data breaches caused by events outside 55bat's reasonable control.
55bat's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits 55bat's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The 55bat platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 55bat is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
55bat processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have consented, marketing communications. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights or prevent imminent harm.
